1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched from our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
  • Rest of India / Non-Metro Areas: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to courier operational issues, weather conditions, or festive surges.

 

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to track your order’s real-time journey.

 

4. Shipping Charges
